The best!
Recently our garage door broke and management had someone out to fix it very quickly. A quick response and fix is always ... the case with maintenance here at Washington Park, and is one of the reasons we love living here! It is so nice to know that should something come up we will always be taken care of in a timely manner and it will be fixed correctly. Caitlyn at the office is also amazing, from the start when we viewed the apartments we knew we wanted to live here due to Caitlyn’s friendliness and professionalism. We have moved within the apartment community to a bigger unit and when we did that Caitlyn was so helpful and made sure we were able to stay on schedule for the date to move which was around the holidays and I’m sure stressful. Enjoying Washington park , the staff , the beautiful territory , nice apartment , very prompt maintenance. Love it all . ... Location is fantastic as well , you can walk just 2-5 min and enjoy dinner at. I’ve restaurants as Carvers , chop house , j Alexander’s without driving , which is nice . Love this place . Excellent place to rent
Excellent place to rent with all amenities close by . Staff is very courteous and they take care of any issues very promptly ... . Maintenance of apartments is excellent. We were in town home and they are very spacious with high ceiling and excellent creek side view. We were impressed by Property manager Ms Cindy who takes good care of all residents and their needs. Felt like personal home all the time . Will not hesitate to recommend to anybody who is looking for spacious apartments with parking and close by to interstate and all stores and at the same time looks private. Great Experience
I am new to the area and was apartment hunting. I had an appointment set up to view what I thought was Washington Park, however, ... I completely ended up in the wrong place on accident. As soon as I walked in, the entire staff was very welcoming. They took me on a tour to grounds despite not having an appointment and I loved every bit of it. The property itself is very beautiful, well kept, and quiet. You can tell they put effort into keeping it that way. But, what absolutely sold me on this place were THE PEOPLE!!! I love the staff. They were so nice, knowlegable, welcoming and just overall amazing. They made it feel like home already and that is the reason I decided to move forward with Washington Park. Thank you all for everything, and a special thank you to myself for not being perfect and showing up at the wrong place! Lol. I am looking forward to this journey with you at Washington Park! Found A Place To Call Home!!!!
Let me start out by saying that I have been a homeowner since 1995. Going apartment hunting for the first time in 23 years ... was more exhausting then I remembered. And in the the 1980's and early 90"s technology was very new and primitive. I visited multiple apartment communities before deciding to call Washington Park my new home. It was an easy decision in the end. This community was superior in almost every way. The Club House, the apartments, and even the parking lot had a new crisp look about them. Cindy & Rhonda were both helpful and professional. They made sure that all my questions were answered. I had visited other communities before and after my first visit at Washington Park Apartments and chose to call this community my new home. I could have gotten a less expensive apartment at other communities and I could have gotten a more expensive unit at others. In the end it came down to value, the community, and personal preference. Wonderful Place!
We have lived here for a year and half and love the community. We felt so comfortable with the staff, they are friendly, ... welcoming, and always smiling. The maintenance is top notch. The pool during the summer is always sparkling, snow removal during the winter is always prompt. We’ve loved this place so much we moved my Mother-in-law to the property. This place is absolutely amazing. From the first time I fell in love with an apartment. The buildings and grounds are well ... maintained. The staff is very nice, friendly and provide excellent service. The location of this apartment is pretty great for me, it's extremely close to college, all my basic needs and more are within a few minutes drive. My new home
I am ready to downsize and have been looking for a place to transition into from my large house and garden that would not ... be too much of a shock to my system. I have looked at several townehomes and none of them were quite the right fit. Washington Park offered everything I was looking for in a new home. The property was beautifully landscaped and the complex felt like a neighborhood with tree lined streets, individual entryways, and lots of green space. There is a beautiful pool and clubhouse, and a well equipped fitness center. The property manager, Cindy, was personable and informative. She listened to my needs and was just a fountain of "yeses". I was shown a beautifully decorated model home so I could get a feel for the space and check out the finishes I could expect in my new home. I was given a 3D color floor plan so I could start planning out my spaces. The apartments and townehomes have large open living areas with over sized windows letting in lots of light. The bathrooms and closets were large and accommodating. My townehome has an attached 2 car garage - unheard of in apartment living! I will also have a fireplace, recessed lighting in the kitchen, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a private patio with a creek view. The property is located just minutes from shopping and restaurants, but is nestled in a wooded community that is quiet and serene. I cannot wait to move into my new home!
